also i don’t understand stream culture but i would totally take donations if people are willing to do that, even if i had a ton of subs
if i was mega set for life or something like that, then maybe i’d donate a portion of donations to charity, but streaming is a super volatile, super unproven market so you might as well make that bank while people are willing to give it to you, because in a year or two the whole thing might collapse or you might not be the new hotness. also, i think the number of people who are able to make a living streaming is pretty low (percentage wise to the number of people who stream regularly), and even fewer are the number of people who make SO much money that they can choose not to accept money. on the whole, a $10 donation from a viewer means a lot to 99% of the people who stream
as lucky as max may have been to be “randomly” selected by the wind as the premiere FGC streamer, and as good as he is at what he does (because while it’s luck among equally skilled people, it’s not ALL luck… he has good stage presence etc), i don’t think i would want his job. he’s a nice dude and i like him as an ambassador for the FGC, but he must put up with a ton of crap and i just can’t do that.
I would never play enough of one video game to build a stream audience. I’m a recluse by nature and listening to the incoherent ramblings of streamgoers would feel like a waste of time to me when I can play in serenity.
Can’t say whether I would accept money becuase I know for a fact I would never stream. I’m content making the honest money I do doing honest work. if you can call bartending being honest a hyuk
i’m all for them getting donations, i just don’t understand why people throw money at them when they already (probably) make way, way more then them in the end lol

i definitely think that when we play and dont “have enough damage” is more of “we dont have focusfire or good positioning in a lot of fights”
as soon as we started taking it to them we fucked them up pretty good in that double tank game on mines and hollow
we should probably do QM dream teams and practice strats like roaming(tyrande/muradin/jaina comps) and specific wombo combo type shit like maw into sindragosa/pheonix or something
also i dont want to play assasins anymore unless its jaina, i have like a 30% winrate with them across the board except for her :X

If anything our 5th random person almost needs to be the support in this case since support generally have the same game plan regardless
