i thought wow, how would he have the finger dexterity and the reflexes to to hit confirm the srk into super?
well it shows his inputs and he buffers the second hadoken motion regardless of his opponent getting hit or blocking the srk.
reason he does this is because he can just press the medium punch button if he hits his opponent but if his opponent blocks the srk, he can press mp+mk for the focus attack. the Super won’t come out even though he executed the Super input because Focus Attack has priority over Supers/Ultras.
