How bad are cabs in Calgary? anybody ballpark what it’ll cost me to cab from a greyhound station downtown to wherever Stefan lives? I don’t mind, but if i know what i’m in for early it softens the blow xD

Calling for a cab on Friday/Saturday night in Calgary usually results in a busy signal for hours on end. No joke.
Get the associated cabs app for your phone, you can book your order right away and even track the cab on a map. It will also txt you when booked, arriving, etc.
Usually the only other way to get one is to be in a busy area (downtown/hotel/17th ave/etc) and flag one down.
it usually costs $35-45 from the downtown area steve unless cab prices have gone up in the past while(haven’t cabbed it in maybe a year). the app idea is great cause like greg said getting a cab around 11-3 on a weekend night can take at least an hour unless you’re tracking one by a club. and yes i will be home lol.
