Dunno the legalities but I think the only group that would profit is Nintendo. I know lots of people who’ve bought Wiis/Brawl discs just so they could play PM. Because the game can be played without any hacking, people support Nintendo directly by playing it.
I still don’t actually see PM being at Evo, though. Don’t think they would test it.

@evilweevle Did you get your voucher for Skullgirls encore? I know Lab Zero was saying anyone who owned the original Skullgirls on PS3 would get a free voucher for encore. Now they’re saying it’s for anyone who purchased the game on US PSN so I’m thinking Canada is getting screwed on this. I’m hoping they’ll expand this voucher to the rest of the world and not pull an Arksys with this BS. I’d rather just buy the game on steam when all the ‘dlc’ characters are finished if they’re going to handle things like this.
