come on, YouTube should be sued one million times over for their copyright infringements. YouTube is sooooo illegal it’s not even funny.
Providing youtube as a service isn’t at all illegal, they have all the terms of service, agreements and multiple pages of conditions that resolve them of any liability on content an individual uploads, streams etc.
Individuals uploading illegal things? absolutely… by the millions
If a company was liable for their users, nobody would ever dream of putting theirselves on the line for EMP_Ravioli_Monster linking gore links on a stream where some fat nerd is playing league while listening to Miley Cyrus. (obviously they are to a degree, which is why they put conditions and enforce people to not do it)
