reseat the breakaway cable? idk what that is. haven’t opened it up yet to see if there was anything wrong inside. nothing visible changed on the outside portion afaik.
3D king of fighters game currently in development. alos HD remaster of the resident evil remake that released on GC a while back. anyone who loves resi and hasnt played it needs to get on it. i mustve finished that game at least 10 times (and another 20 or so for the original original) and i dont think i could ever get tired of it.
maybe i should try speed running it…
I was seriously sooooo excited to hear about that RE today. The REmake is the only game in the series I haven’t played yet (not counting the crummy on-rails dealies). I can’t believe I finally get to play it hnnngh.
I honestly would have played it back when it came out on 02, but I wasn’t very intenet saavy back then. I just didn’t think it could have improved on the original in a meaningful way (but from what I’ve read in the past couple years I was very wrong).

oh man the REmake is awesome, even the GC version looks fantastic 12 years later. it has just the right mix of new/familiar stuff in there.
only other remake that needs a HD remaster now is the metal gear solid remake twin snakes. although i know that is never ever gonna happen.

Stefano, the breakaway cable is the bit that plugs into the xbox and “breaks away” from the rest of the cord. Sometimes this can be loose and cause what you described (happened to me on Sunday even).
If not that, have you tried jiggling your cables? Can you get an intermittent connection at least?
Yeah, when it happened to my old stick I just fiddled with the wiring enough that eventually you find the spot where the wiring is fucked. Then you cut out that section and re-attach the wires.
Also, I don’t always lols for realz, but when I do it’s because of pictures like this
