More than than it’s worrisome to anyone who uses YouTube to create content, even if it falls under fair use. So AVGN got about 400m views, guess what? On standard monetization - say he was lucky and earning a $5 CPM - those 400m views would have only made him about $2000.
Personally I’m more worried about what it means for people using youtube to create and publish content.
