seth and akuma have always been at the top because they are the only complete chars in the game. akuma has been nerfed three times and never stopped being a boss. seth has been nerfed hugely once (vanilla -> super) kinda buffed kinda nerfed (super -> AE) and then stayed mostly the same AE -> 2012 and is still the #1 char in the game

last night i played against a really high BP/PP bison… it was a tough battle but i won. clutch victory… had him cornered after landing a combo - created a block string and somehow option selected (or released?) BINGO as a counter-hit, which caused dizzy, then ultra FTW.
i wanna upload the match as it was probably the best one i’ve played online. then i gotta start recording some combos and setups. ANDREWWWWWWW
