yeah i wonder which mode will be more popular at tournies, singles SFxT or doubles SFxT. it adds a whole other element to the game; how well you and your partner’s fighting styles synergize. not only do you have to consider character synergy but player synergy.
im curious as to who i will have more chemistry with as a partner, Sang? Thuyet? Sam? or Nav?
only 7 weeks till release date
im pretty sure everyone is pretty bad at foosball so no worries! join us!!
And your Smoke punked out my poor Sektor… sad times . I’d totally be in for MK. But SCV will be starting up soon to. Hope that gets a scene as well. Size doesn’t really matter… just that a few guys can have some fun with a game. At what point does a scene become big enough? It’s all relative, I guess. Compared to every other genre of competitive game, I doubt the FGC would even be considered a “scene” haha.
when i was an engineering student i got destroyed at foosball over and over - those guys take it seriously. i know when to stick with games i like. haha.
the bean bag toss arcade game they have there can play up to 16 (!) people in a tournament though. i beat steve yesterday, we should see if i can keep my crown.
i dont know which ones are at the cove but they have Tornado brand foosball table at Dickens and from what i’ve heard, most tournaments use Tornado.
btw mark are you in co-ed ball hockey on wednesdays still? my season starts up this wednesday.
p.s. im peter the goalie
Yah I picked it up, I have NHL 12, and the new wrastlin too. Still gotta grab streets for it though mostly got it cause it was on sale boxing week. and there are some deadly old RPGs on the PSN that I wanted to play.
If I can get out of down town at a decent hour, and go pick up SF2012 for PS3, i’m in lol. Hope my car starts. Calgary Transit is really nice on days like this. Add me up anyways though.
