I would personally recommend neutral jumping occasionally at midscreen. It’s hard to react with headbutt (and if he does you are usually in time to crouch and punish) and can screw up EXes.
andy you just need to play lamer. balrog v guile is a grinder of a match where you just have to throw booms and preemptively AA to counter j.HP. low short on his wakeup if you don’t expect an ex dash punch, and press stand fierce a lot.
Also, if you can bait out ex rush punch you can throw them all on reaction as long as you’re not standing right next to him.

i play against thuyet a lot and this is my basic ken strategy…
you need absolute defence. dont try to outfootsie him and dont try to be more offensive than him. just let him attempt to overwhelm you. hold downback for most of the round. tech all throws, be on point with your anti-airs and anytime you see him use an EX move, instantly stand up and throw.
main point is don’t try to be more aggressive than balrog, it won’t work, you will just eat footsies all day. be disciplined because it won’t be a pretty win.

aside from that, what are you afraid of? Space him out so he can’t sweep you and has to jump over booms just to narrow space. TAP is invincible, but there’s a long delay before you get hit. Yeah he’s got EX to get through booms, but that’s really all he has in this MU. Bait them and leave him with no choice but to play YOUR game.

Code Geass is pretty sick, and Code Geass Rv2 its worth a watch! sort of a mix between Deathnote(Godlike) and Gundam(Meh)
Yes and No. The first season was really good but the second season faltered at the beginning due to instructions from Bandai. It picks up midway through and redeems itself with one of the best endings to an anime.
There’s one tomorrow at Stride that I’m probably going to. Got back into town yesterday (too pooped to make tubby’s).
@Adam: Cool about the PA board game. So many new games to try, maybe I’ll hold off on buying Say Anything for a little bit? I’m not sure how rare it is for us to get like 7+ people in a room, so maybe Wits & Wagers will last us for a while. We have Pandemic, Dominion, Battlestar, and now PA?
I think Say Anything would be a pretty fun game with people who have a lot of inside jokes to share, so let’s keep it in mind if we need something fresh.
