if i was going for vegas my budget would need to be much higher, and for longer than a weekend. i’m going to go with friends at some point to really experience it, because trying to do evo and vegas at the same time would dilute both of them. i wanna do vegas big, not vegas-lite

I dunno about u2, if I izuna right I hit the ground before pretty much anything comes out. U2 will still probably go too high… it might hit me if I do izuna in the middle of the map as opposed to corners tho.
Late ex dp and late backdash are your best options. You did hit me with an ex 360 once tho, that was pretty weird… your focus is really easy to grab I noticed
Yeah towards the end you were figuring it out. im still not really sure about t hawk, its easy to really lame him out but he can get some scary momentum.
Also, if I may ask what is the OS you were using? Vegas deal on wakeup is that between backdashing and KKK flip you can avoid almost everything but neither are actually reversals. A KKK flip beats most OS that a backdash won’t and vice versa but Vega is still moving closer to the corner.
I have to admit I’m actually really impresses by your t hawk. A lot of times when I fight grapplers I just wait for them to jump in and KKK flip and they never punish it properly. You picked up on that pretty fast. And your pokes were pretty Sharp too. I like playing t hawk on the side so I am gonna x copy some things and like I said SICK combo with the condor dive off j Lp, I didn’t know that was possible. Sooooo cool
T hawk also has way better walk speed than gief. I noticed that when i would go for poke pressure

You can’t safe jump U2 in AE, so I think I might be able to catch Izuna drop.
After a couple matches I realized the best thing to do was splash os forward dash. That was if you did KKK flip on wakeup I could just dash and get another typhoon/ultra. I think OS ex spire/regular spire works as well, but I’m not sure.
The combo I did also works as a fuzzy. Jump in splash and if it’s blocked do instant j.lp into dive.
Over head is punishable by spd? Yeeessss. That’s good.
I raged so hard at U2. Especially when the one time I knew it was coming so I did a dive and it auto-corrected. Dx

Yeah that’s a good OS… its pretty hard to backdash the splash so yeah its probably what you should be doing.
U2 is 8 frame start up. Just gotta make sure you’re safe jumping.I use it a lot to just f off when hawk knocks me down cause it makes no difference if it hits or not, I’m safe. And yeah I got lucky that one time, figured you would like that 
Honestly it looks like a wake-up ultra every time but I try to nail the auto coreect when I can, and I won’t do it if I know you’re safe. It’s an easy ultra to shut down, entirely possible to make it a non factor in the mu.
I think the matchup is bad cause I can random izuna and ex wall dive. You should try punishing whiff with condor dive. Vega being able to move where he wants is a big deal cause it means he can avoud the corner and all that. Seems like a t hawk pinning Vega down would be quite a feat.
Hmm…punish with whiff dive is a good idea. I kept doing nj.hp but I think nj.hk may work. Will go into the lab later to try some stuff.
