ummm from dc you could take the metro to a station nearest to whoever can pick you up which is what most people do… i’m not familiar with the metro so couldn’t help you there but i know most people take the metro from dc to vienna station and get picked up from there prices from newyork to dc usually run like 20-30 each way i think
