For the Doom relaunch, you can also just use an H burn kick and not worry about having to TK a light burn kick.

Just curious but has anyone looked into burst time > devil trigger > Dante combo ? I feel like we could get over a mil easy for a two bar dhc…and that’s using just her box loops. I’m fairly certain you can do devil trigger into Tked hammer > whatever. My only concern is hsd. If this has been tried, let me know, if not, I can test some stuff out and post a vid if I find anything spiffy. Seems like it should work since viper uses neither a ground bounce or a wall bounce during her combos, meaning Bee hive and stinger are viable…again, if hsd allows…
Hsd allows, but dmg scaling unfortunately makes it useless. Also million dollars as a dhc just plainly shits all over most other dhc’s damage wise, it’s a free 200+ dmg on every combo, no matter how long it was.
The HSD doesn’t allow me to do a lvl2 Stinger to get a wallbounce (if anyone knows a way without assists I would appreciate haha). What I use right now to spend two meters and keep a DT Dante is:
Crystal xx Million Carats > j.S > Volcano xx Beehive > Stinger > Bold Cancel > Fly > Thunder Bolt (x4).
You can also do Revolver instead of j.S > Volcano xx Beehive.
You can go for a reset with DT Dante but if you’re looking to finish a character with some health left, Million Dollars is your best bet imo.
i think lvl2 stinger without assists doesn’t work. the reset option is definitely there, but i still don’t see the use unless you’re playing tron/haggar/thor/etc… a bnb from a light attack with dhc into million dollars is easily over a million, if you use a better one with assist relaunch (like weasel shot for example) it’s over 1.1 million. that should TOD every commonly used character, aka everything up to wesker. ^^
are there still relaunches with disruptor? if not i’ll run staircase loops
No relaunches with estaka anymore. But since i’m considering re-picking up mags, i played around a bit and came up with this: stuff xx m tk feint, cr.m, st.h xx l seismo, iad j.h, j.s, /, st.m + mags, st.h xx h bk, st.m, st.h, st.s, and keep the combo going the way you like it. Easy, consistent, and tacks a nice additional damage and meter to your boxdash bnb. ^^

Yo guys im pretty new to viper, i got a couple of her bnbs down, i havent perfected them yet but thats on me. my main problem with viper is just getting in on an opponent especially online. right now im runnin viper,storm, iron man. would love to play some experienced vipers on xbox live GT: MillionUppacutZ. Any advice?

Check out a player called “Gottnoskill” youtube channel he shows you how to be viable with viper online through his online matches with windzero ( a really good norcal player). the matches are from vanilla marvel but Viper didnt change much on her ways of getting in. Just note viper online and offline are 2 diff beast IMO so change tactics and combos accordingly due to lag but shes still viable even with this cuz she is S tier

It’s not the most practical combo to learn. You’d be better off just doing the regular boxdash combos or, if you wanna do better damage without assists, learn stairkick loops.
trying the stair loops…getting one is easy enough but i keep accidently ex bk’ing after the first loop and sometimes after the first j.h
even if i press it right… sj. :h: :qcb::l: :s::h::s: :qcb::l:… still does it
If the input display shows the correct input and you still get ex bk, you are probably pressing s for the feint too early. you have to wait a slight second after the L bk to feint it cause it’s only cancelable after a few startup frames. otherwise the game will register the s for ex bk.
