C.Viper changes/alterations

dont want to break her or anything but maybe adding something for wakeup situations.
Just a case in point the other 3 new sfiv chars all have better wake up options by far(opnion i know but still)

Viper’s fine the way she is.

Viper’s fine. The ultra kicks range could probably use a few more pixels, to avoid the (very infrequent) situation where the first part hits and launches the opponent, but the kicks miss.

Yeah Viper doesn’t need shit.

Another case of fix the other overpowered characters, and leave Viper the way she is.

Option to remove her goggles would be nice. And some of her clothes. But first fix her chicken thighs and give her and actual butt (doesn’t have to be anything special, but a butt would definitely be better than the current abnormally long back she has).

And what needs to be done? he has the nastiest rush down and mix ups in the game and her combos rape and she has a great set of tools. :lame:

+50 Points of stamina would be nice.

So like 2 jabs of life will make you happy lol, Some characters naturally are gonna have low life, I think everyone in every thread is requesting higher life for their people, except the big bois of course.

Well, as is, she’s got a lot of tools, the only problem is her defensive options. She’s fantastic for rush-down, but if you put a viper under a lot of pressure, like cammy/rufus-type opponents, she’ll most likely crumble.

Outside of a health boost, I’d like to see see the recovery/start-up frames shortened on normal seismos.

You know, if SSF4 has unlockable alt. costumes (or DLC costumes again, whatever), I want C. Viper to have a skimpier outfit like Chun Li did. Or C.Viper should have that Zero Suit Samus alt that was in those early sketches of her.

Those the only things I want with Viper.

No need to fix seismos, since it can be jump canceled. If they jump over it, oh well, Ryu’s eat jump in combos also. I do think the Ultra should get more range on the kicks like someone said earlier, I’ve seen that shit whiff quite a bit after the launcher hit.

What defensive options you want? A invincible hp TK? Lol. She is fine, just play smart, not every character is gonna get a dp or some shit. She really doesn’t need it.

What do you guys think about making EX TK comboable from a hp? That move seems worthless to me lol.

would making her jHK combo into air fire kick make her too strong or anything? I have always thought it would be cool if she could do that (ie-earthquake punch, super jump + HK, then fire kick)

i have no problem with her.

shes one of the most balanced characters in the game .

It was in the loke tests, but they took it out for a reason. She does enough damage as is, her damn combos are such rape :sad:

She could be made a little easier for easier execution but that can be achieve by practice. She is fine the way she is. She may need a little buff if the others get buffed as well.

Tech wise don’t fo a thing.

Just fix her Boob(s?)

In all serious though some alt costumes would be nice

Fix up her model: boobs, the way her hips connect to her body, and the stomach texture on her default costume.

Make knuckle and seismo feints either P~P (like plinking) or P, P (single punch button, double-tap) instead of P, P+P.

correct me if I am wrong, but I have heard a lot of people say her links are really hard to pull off without shitloads of practice…

should that be fixed?
Sorry if I am throwing out stupid ideas…Viper is one of the few characters I have really wanted to learn, but found that the learning curve was just too steep (plus, she seems like the kind of character where you NEED an arcade stick)
