The ratio system adds too many variables. But if it’s C vs C and they both have meter, I give it all to Sagat. Can either side avoid eating at least one low fierce in top level play? Dunno about that. All I know is that if Blanka gets a cr. fierce, that’s all it is. If Sagat lands a fierce,it’s gonna lead to 60-70 percent off of Blanka’s vitality. Sagat clearly wins the battle of the big moves since he can cancel his fierce at the furthest extension.
St. short is far better than most would like to believe here.
It’s definately in Sagat’s favor, imo.

yeah even though st. short doesnt do the most damage, it controls space pretty well. i find that people i play use lp ball to mix it up. i use the st. short to keep them honest because you cant just stand there all day. sagat has too many weapons to take advantage of. but its important to utitilze them and know when to attack.
