That was pretty cool. I am sick of running from the Tank, I am tempted to pick back up the auto shotgun. The only reason I stopped using it was because it was a bitch trying to save people at range with the pistols.
DDC was a lot of fun to play with, will be fun to play again. :tup:
I used to use the autoshotgun a lot. There are still some maps where I use it. Mostly in Dead Air and No Mercy. Lots of close quarters goodness…

To be honest I feel naked without my auto shotgun. I picked up the assault rifle because it seems to benefit the team most. Though now I have went from the “being killed by the Tank”, to “running from the Tank and still being killed” phase, and now am moving into the “How do I kick his monkey ass consistently?” bit to which end the boomstick seems the way to go (It still isn’t going to work).
Its all good, man. Though friendly fire is the #2 killer of SRKers right after Tanks I am sure you can get a handle on it. Even if you don’t it is still funny as hell. I’ll throw you an invite tonight depending on how things shape up. Need to form multiple teams that can play concurrently I am thinking so no one is left waiting or not playing at all like last night.
Speaking of which if any new players still haven’t, put up your Steam pages so I can invite you into the group and you can link up with other players.
Since I roll with the HR, the range is covered, sometimes I had switched to the boomstick when everyone else was using M16.

I used to use the HR rifle a lot… its pretty much a laser shotgun if there is such a thing. Owns horde in doorways. I stopped because it one hit incaps and sometimes people sneak up on you when you’re scoped in… but seeing as how I’ve 1shotted amor through dozens of horde I think I’m going to go back to HR.

When amordien was running from that tank, saw us spawn in the closet, ran to save us and ran right into the witch, I was laughing HARD.
