Sounds good. The Steam group is invite only, but they are usually pretty good at getting invites out to people who want them. Looks like I could do it myself but I don’t want to overstep myself or something =/.
Finally reinstalled and started getting my L4D legs back as well as getting the last bit of Crysis out of my system (stopped hitting “f” to pick things up and stopped wishing Bill’s jacket was a nano suit 
). Still have a nasty habit of winging people from time to time with the shotty but I am almost back to 100%.
Though as an FYI I no longer have a mic, will get a replacement when I get around to it. Speaking of mics, some douche was doing some sort of Count Countula laugh or some shit each and every single fucking time he talked. Was half tempted to shoot him and leave him for the horde :annoy:. Other than that GGs tonight.
I’m pretty sure I sent an invite yesterday to Dentron. Everyone can invite people to the group for a reason. Group admins can’t be on all the time, so feel free to add other SRK members to the group.

I’ve had L4D on the 360 for a bit, but with my new PC, I just got it on that now out of the Valve Complete Pack.
360 or PC, when it comes to randoms, it’s no different. I’m not a noob at this game, but you’re only as solid as your weakest link. Where the group goes, you go. I just got done trying to play a campaign on PC, on ADVANCED(getting the controls down), the guys I was playing with were running around wild so you got to follow, this one guy was a straggler and would go all the way back somewhere at random and always strayed from the group. If anyone in a group decides to rambo it on their own, I always get up and follow them without question where they’re going, cause you can’t just run out on your own you get incapped no one can save you.
We started the train cart in Blood Harvest in chap 3. The group decided to stand on top of one of the train carts. Ok. 3/4 of us are there and the last guy decided he was going to stay down he’s standing by the ladder so I throw a molly far away from us to get the infected rushing in. This hero runs far out there away from all of us and runs into the trajectory of the molly and screams at me on the mic not to fucking throw the molotov at him. I typed “stick with the team, noob” and quit game. Nah this wasn’t the only incident that prompted me to leave, it was the whole process building up to it, he didn’t care about the group, we wasted health and pills on him too. He’s probably screwing his group over in the finale right now if they made it that far.
This game is extremely team/group reliant, one person can screw an entire group over and you’ll look like the ass if they jump in front of a bullseye.
On the PC I don’t have a mic, but I type messages out. IMO on the 360 a mic is mandatory cause you can’t atleast type messages to the group.
I’m big on team and group dynamics because I come from a military background, so it’s disheartening when I play with randoms that don’t want to work together and are just in it for themselves.

There’s once I was playing as infected where this dude decided to just rush to the safe house.
As a hunter at the time, I loved him for it.
Then he was like “Fuck you guys, all lagging behind”
And the team was like “Fuck YOU going off ahead.”
Incidentally, the team did manage to reach the safe house later on. Well, three of them, but still.
On their next survivor round, team shot him to death in the safe house. Some of us on Infected went over to Survivor just to cap him too.
It was lovely.
im one of those guys that rush ahead of everyone lol. sometimes i just want to see how fast i can complete the level. its not too hard: just shotty everything, and throw some molotovs at your feet if youre surrounded by zombies.
also, kinda sad they put invisible walls in some of the levels so you cant skip hordes or camp at spots anymore. when the heck did they add those? its been a month since i played.
Good games to Amordien, Slide, and HeaT last night. Some of the most fun games I have had in a while, tank beat downs not withstanding.

me and Deathsythe was Tank fodder. 360 ver of this game on expert is at the playground, the new updates on PC took this game difficulty to another level. Server withstanding, lol.

Steam is the best thing ever as far as PC games go. But I’ll be damned if their weekend deals and so on haven’t tripped me up. 
Last night was kind of meh. Messed around with some randoms of varying quality and later tried to set up a SRK game but I was too damned tired so I just called it a night. Maybe tonight will be a bit more lucky.
Yeah I wasn’t on last night, I was watching the Royal Rumble, and then I just called it in early. I might be on tonight at 11 or before 9.
I’ve been reading some various L4D forums, and man Valve gotta hurry with that SDK, man. I don’t mod or nothing but I sure would like to play the maps and use the skins that people will make and have made already.
I haven’t played with any of you guys yet (that I’m aware of). Any late nighters? I’m rarely on before midnight, EST.
Or if you got a team and want some folks to scrim against, I’m down for that as well. I have a group I play with regularly, and so far we’ve done well against the ladder teams that’ve challenged us.
