Now real tlak, he’s going to be fired. She’s going to press charges, and he’ll settle out of court for a super small fee. However as mentioned, she assaulted an MTA employee, WHILE driving, so she’s looking at jail time, she’ll get parole for essentially getting fucked up. Unless she got prior in which case she’ll get a five year sentance and serve 2-3.
