You know what else isn’t sensible? Hounding and distracting a bus driver while the bus is in motion, refusing to obey the driver when told numerous times to stay behind the yellow line, then instigating a physical altercation with the driver afterwords.
Not to mention her actions jeopardized the well-being of all the passengers on board. I’ve never seen a dude run off a bus so quickly in my life.
The incident has already had a negative drawback on his life as his work place has suspended him. Anyway this situation is different to the situation where the McDonald’s workers smacked down the hoodrats, in that situation the hoodlums pursued the employee and essentially backed him into a corner. In this situation he pursued the woman after stopping the bus.
It doesn’t matter what the eye witnesses say when the video evidence offers a clear run down on what happened.
Which is I 1) Don’t feel sorry for her and 2) Am not saying she should escape without punishment. She should be thrown in prison for assault and reckless endangerment of human life.

Homeboy from McDonalds got fired from his job for what he did especially after the video went viral. Eye witnesses make a world of difference and puts the video in a different perspective than what we see.

buses have some of the most diverse set of people you will ever meet and I have seen some stupid ass shit go down especially when riding in the city. so yeah this was probably nothing new

…she didn’t just step back, she took a ready stance (i.e. prepared to get more physical). Additionally she was found to be drunk at the time so that most certainly wont help her case. Lastly…she decided to try to choke him while he was driving and others were on the bus. He may lose his job, but he sure as heck isnt going to jail.
