The only “question” I “asked” was “You guys think it’s OK to kill someone cause you’re about to get beat up?”

Because this is what that kid did. He was attacked by 3 bigger guys - this is a life threatening situation - so he defended himself the best he could.
And martial arts takes years and years of practice - you can’t just - oh, I’m bullied, I’m gonna learn some kung fu and beat the crap of 3 guys. You’re watching too many Bruce lee movies.
And, btw, do you know what are you taught to do in ju-jitsu when you are atacked by multiple opponents ? To use lethal force, because you have to take them out fast, in order to defend against the others.

It’s not ok, but when your fight-or-flight instincts kick in, you don’t think. That’s why it’s instinct. If the bully managed to scare him enough to reach that point, then anything goes. The kid was just defending himself, it doesn’t matter if the bully’s original intentions were to just ruff the kid up a little. Sorry, but that’s the reality.

WHy is this thread still having this discussion. The thread should’ve ended after my comment. You guys are still sitting here, arguing whether its right or wrong, when all it is, is just is. A kid killed a “bully”. No right or wrong, no justice or injustice, it just happened.

I don’t support murder under any circumstances, but id rather the kid killed the bully, than the kid commiting suicide like a lot of bullied kids often do.
I think the kid should be disciplined. He was carrying a knife, we’ll never really know if he was carrying it for self defense or if he’s just a little scumbag like the kids who brought knives to school when I was a kid. Shit was excessive, plain and simple. You do stupid you get punished.
I’m just more disappointed than anything. Kid wasted the perfect opportunity to have a training montage set to the karate kid song and re-arrange the dudes face.
Bullies being a problem to who? the bullied? ya sure. But the bullied are a problem to the bullies in some wierd way. So in essence a problem does not exist. I actually think bullies( smart ones) are the intelligent ones who see things for what they are. And they see things in the real natural way. Not blinded by silly emotions, artficial morals, etc. Survival of the fittest, if i want to be the fittest I must have the people submit to my ways. Bullying is a way to express dominance and to show your place on the top of the “food chain”, which is a position I wanna reach. Call me a bully, a murderer, a rapist, whatever. They are all just meaningless titles to hinder people from seeking power and dominance. So you fools keep hiding behind your foolish morals and ethics, while the greats like the American govt, Mao, Hitler, Stalin, etc. become the puppet masters, and the “world turners”
I only read the first page of comments, but all I will say is this:
If you start on someone (ie., attack someone physically, unprovoked), you sign your life away that moment. Forget whether the bully “deserved” to die, but if you cross the physical boundary for no reason you lose all right to complain about the outcome.
I do feel sorry for the bullies family, but I don’t feel sorry for him. I also, and more so, feel sorry for the kid that killed the bully as taking someone’s life can’t be easy and he has to live with that forever.

I, like many others was picked on as a kid since I was small and I still am short at 5’5. I learned martial arts and got into one fight in middle school. Some kid was shit talking and I shut him down with words. His friends laughed at him and he was embarrassed so he runs up to me and grabs my shoulder and attempts to knee me in the stomach. I had other plans. I push his knee to the side with one hand and redecorate his jaw with an imprint from my fist with a mean right hook.
That was in the 6th grade. I didn’t get into anymore fights from that point on till I graduated.
Life is sacred and I cannot condone taking it. We are mere men not gods. We have no right to kill one another and I stand by that.
