Yeah I had a good time @ the barcade, unfortunately we were a bit light on the people amount but what can ya do. Someone motivate me to put time into SF4 again =( I am finding myself very disinterested as of late…the only cure is SSF4 but that’s still two months away.

Tony P et al- SF4 will feel a little stale until Super drops, so just focus on retaining the skills you do have, mess with other characters and do whatever you can to keep our crew interested in playing as a group and keep us tight so we roll into SSF4 strong.
Every game before the drop of it’s sequel hits a lull, this is no different. April will be here in no time.

Well that was a miserable tournament experience to say the least. Laggy tvs, broken controllers, shady people. Aye 
It started out okay, ocv’d 3 teams in the team tournament, but it just went downhill after i lost to paul wall. I couldnt link anything together, and got beat down by a basic balrog. That was not fun at all. Sorry i couldn’t rep guys

They meet at this place called 5 Dragons in nashua, which is like, 35 minutes away. I havent seen them yet, they meet on thursdays, and i always have class at 8am on friday. i’ll be there this week though, so hopefully they’re all pretty cool. this tournament made me really bitter towards sf though haha. It wasn’t 3 it was just 1; mistyped, and the teams were only 2’s. They had a weird style. The first two people fight, then the second two people fight, then the winers fight eachother. All 1 set. I thought it was very strange.
Some Jap tournies run 2 man teams like that. They’ve got ways of selecting who goes first/second to avoid blatant counterpicks lol, or sometimes I think they just have a set order. Either way, it’s definitely not just something they made up out of the blue. Hopefully this was the only “shady” thing that happened, but there are a lot of shady dealings that go down with these things, so I wouldn’t be surprised if there was more to it.
