Brooks PS4+: Sound from both TV and headphones?

Is it possible to mod the Brooks PS4+ so that I can listen to audio through my headphones but also have it come out of the TV speakers?

I want to use it for locals/majors that don’t have headphones but I can’t use it if my opponent doesn’t get audio through the speakers as well.
