Well if it’s a Brook UFB can be put in to 360 mode by holding down 3P when connecting it to the PC which will allow it to function through xinput. PS3/PS4 sticks function on PC as well but use directinput which isn’t as widely supported (though much better than it used to be) so even the boards that are dedicated to the PS platforms can function that way on games that support it. Otherwise you’re probably going to have to use one of the programs that converts it to xinput, not sure what sort of lag that adds though.
Edit- Misread what you were asking. With that specific board I believe it has a mode it switches in to that makes it look like a 360 controller to a PC (and only a PC) and can hold 3P when plugging in to PC to manually select it. Shouldn’t have any lag from that.
