Hi, I already installed the Zeroplus USB driver but it still is showing me that screen. Could it be because I am running it through a Virtual Machine? Running A Firmware update also says “Please plug in controller” it looks like the software isn’t recognising the converter even after updating the driver…

I’ve updated the latest patch 3.15, but the converter still stops after 8-10 mins. What do i need to do to avoid this? Using the X360/One to PS4

I followed your instructions exactly, I’ve installed the correct driver but when it gets to the firmware part, the light on the converter goes off and the firmware update program restarts back to the “press update” screen and it never goes to “update successful”.

I have a x360/xbone to ps4 converter. I did the firmware update last night on the converter and I was able to play with the converter for 2.5 hours with no disconnection. You have to update the converter’s firmware from Brook’s website. Just updating the PS4 is not enough.

i’m also getting the disconnection issue from the x360/xbone to ps4 adapter. it’s using the latest firmware. i thought it might have been connected to the device auto turn off feature on the ps4 but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

The optional update is for TE mode- it’ll work too but all you need is the first (#1) 2016014 update which is for the new PS4 firmware update timeout.
I did the 1st update and then the Optional TE update (if I ever go to tournaments and I don’t need the extra gimicks of binding etc) but I guess you can go straight to the Optional update as you did.

Please check correct file to update. The link is running on X360/One to PS4 Converter.
Fix V3.15, ( only ) update A patch file. Don’t install Zeroplus USB Driver and B patch file.

Refer the video file of (PS3 -> PS4 Converter), Brook P4 Converters use the same operation process to update.
(1) USB Driver started at 00:00 -> 02:00
(2) A patch file started at 02:00 -> 04:00
(3) B patch file started at 04:00 -> 06:00

@GOGO.Zippy Do you mean ZPPN002-A_V15_20160114? On a stick there isn’t the correct inputs on the fight stick to follow the Combo Keys in the instructions to follow these:

Do i need to use a different Combo Keys configuration to the one shown in the photo to do the ZPPN002-A_V15_20160114 update?
