i find that balrog is very weak against c.lp. if you zone well, balrog can’t do anything that defeats the c.lp spam lol
I’m no Balrog expert but I’m pretty sure Balrog’s cr.LP > everyone else’s cr.LP.
yeah, but what i mean is if you play keep away, or they’re scared of getting in close to you and rely on TAP or rushing punches from afar, crouching jab is a pretty powerful counter.
Why would they be scared of getting close? No good Balrogs I know will use far or otherwise full screen TAP/dash punches, otherwise any decent player would just be able to react in time to stuff it.
Yes cr.jab is good counter to dash punches. But you’re making it sound like it completely solves the matchup when it doesn’t.
