Breaking Bad

I’m looking back, and even the spoiler warning itself is still spoiling things. I think that dude is trolling or something.

I just got rid of the post all together. Sorry that I ruined it for others.

From the preview, Walt is going to have a hard time getting out of that hospital. Hope the kid turns out okay.

Glad to see the spirit of Heisenberg and the old school way to handle things are back, he really needs to rock the hat again imho. I agree with most of the posts here that Gus put his two cents together but I think it is possible Gus may have seen Walt and played it off as long glances. Since the season finale is next week it is going to be too much to handle cause we are going to be left with a cliff hanger and over a YEAR of waiting. >_>

To those who are new to the show you dudes are lucky, you got quite a bit to hold you off.

I think Walt did it.

Should be vague enough to not require any spoiler tag, no?

If anyone replies to this I am sure they will at least need spoiler tags lol.

[details=Spoiler] I thought the same thing, I just don’t want to believe it is true.

Discussion of the "mystery

[details=Spoiler]Now I’m worried. The poisoning served its purpose (Walt and Jesse are back together), but I feel any explanation for it is going to feel weak and drag down the finale.

Even if the boy wasn’t poisoned (which, I feel, is the most “desirable” outcome), him getting deathly sick at this exact moment would feel so contrived.

All the other possibilities if he was poisoned would feel silly.
If Gus did it somehow, that would be a very dumb move to pull after all the caution he’s displayed.
If Walt did it, that’d be even worse. Poisoning a kid (even if he knew Brock would pull through) really doesn’t seem like something Walt would do, even with all the things that would “explain” it (family in danger/general dumbass behavior over the season).
Note that this is all aside from the question of how they got the poison to Brock in the first place.
If Jesse somehow just didn’t switch the Ricin cig out like he said he did, that would be a new level of stupid. Though I think I’d take that over Walt doing it.

Either way, this mystery isn’t looking good at all for the general story. We may be witnessing BB’s first major misstep in writing. I’m hoping next week proves me wrong.[/details]

wtf…WTF!!

that was not the season finale right…??

Season finale is next week.

16 more episodes after next week’s finale too. lol.
Are they still splitting the last season into two or doing an extended final season?

the kid smoking the cigarette just doesnt make sense. seeing how accurate the show is about all the chemical stuff, a glass tube being “smoked” would be completely ridiculous

I’m so mad I didn’t pick up on this show until this season…

cig

Spoiler

Jesse said that was his lucky cigarette to which Walt replied “Whatever you do don’t smoke it.” I took that as whatever the Rizin was in was flammable. I could be wrong obviously. I hope that it was Gus that did the poisoning. Would Walt do that to Jesse? I guess hes done some underhanded shit but idk what Walt’s precedents are

Something funny my University’s Science Building has a “Dr Walter White Laboratory” I assume they are supplying all the on-campus students with the Blue.

i’m sure they have an explanation for the poisoning. it’ll all come together soon enough.

the show is still interesting but its not being very consistant with regards to gus.

he kills victor because he showed up late to gale being shot, and had some witness see his face and there was only a drawing made of his face, and victor knew how to cook and was higher up in command then they are.

then later in the show he kidnaps walt and just gives him a wardning because he doesnt have jesses permission? he doesnt even need jesse. if victor learned by observation so can anyone else and the black guy should know by now.

i hope theres more writing/ another subplot to explain the inconsistent writing

[details=Spoiler]i think saul has a very big part to do with the cigarette
1 he was pretty hasty, when he was speaking to jesse, and that guy frisked him, might even be some big part of walts plan[/details]

ayo, that’s not a spoiler tag.

well looks like we should keep out of this thread until the final episode plays…

sorry first time creating a spoiler tag, took me almost 3 edits to get it right.

Nah. Saul was hasty because he knew the death order was up on Walt, and he just placed an anonymous tip to the DEA only a few hours earlier. Saul knew that if Gus had any inkling that he was aiding Walt, his ass was up for grabs also. Saul’s goon frisked Jesse as a legitimate precaution.

this video shows the guy put something in his pocket or at least it looks like that, this is why i think saul was involved
