I’ll be honest, you can plan all you want, but if you guys don’t take the initiative to make this planning into a physical reality, it’s worthless.
Today is April 1st, meaning you have 16 days to devise your plan, initiate your plan, and finalize your team. That’s not a lot of time, so keep in mind look what happened for the Evo 5v5 last year. HELLA communication, but no participation.

I think the format needs to be clarified. People playing for a spot play each other or play the people already on the team? or both or something else…
A $2 fee should be added to promote competitiveness and having “dedicated” players. 2nd gets fee back while 1st gets the rest
