JMM was offered 750k to rematch immediately PAC but didn’t accept it because he thought he deserved 1M, instead JMM fought Chris John in Indonesia to defend his belt for a measly 20k and lost. i understood. he was discrediting this as not a historical fight even though it is for it is the first time someone became a linear champ in a 4th weight division. and he downplayed pac’s win because fraud already defeated both dlh and hatton before pac defeated them. tbh, i really like floyd before because i thought he would clean his division but the more time went on, obviously he is avoiding lots of fighers that seem have a chance to defeat him. after the dlh fight, said would retire for good and left margarito[though he is proven a cheat] and cotto. now, coming back fighting jmm, to prove what? why not fight cotto, mosley or williams which would make his legacy much much greater? but he always seems to chose the easier fights, thus.

Floyd will continue being a chicken because he isn’t a loser. Every fighter he faces will have an amazing chance of beating him but after the fight they suddenly become a bum and cherry picked opponent.

Manny isn’t just the pound for pound number one, what he has done in the past ten years and specifically the last 6, has marked him as a true all-time great. this man knows his boxing. However it must be stated that Marquez got positively robbed against Chris John (he won at least 8 rounds). Right now Williams is absolutely buttfucked because nobody wants to fight him and he fights and his management screwed him up when they were negotiating the Pavlik fight last summer (an agreement was announced, but they backed out for more money and now Bob Arum refuses to do business with them). The only fight that makes any kind of sense right now is if he takes on “Double A” Arthur Abraham. It sucks to be him though because I’ve become a big fan of his.
