Something’s fishy. It said I already rated it when I have not rated it. I was wanting to rate it 1. I think they are trying to get you to download some video editing software. Probably loaded with viruses. Only 1 post from user.

I’m not sure but this guy is either a troll or a bot. I cannot tell but it falls under spamming.
