Tier List post Shinin’ Episode 22
Alot’s happened since the beginning of Season 2 for the Boondocks, so I figured why not make another tier list. Makes for a pretty fun, and hilarious debate anyway.
Starting from the top:
S-Class
*Stinkmeaner- *
Currently, there hasn’t been anyone (through extensive discussion) that really holds a candle to Stinkmeaner’s presence this season. Fueled by an undying hate, training in the depths of hell…his skill level is unrivaled within the tier set of the cast (fighting wise). It was debatable that Luna could be in the same league, but after deliberation, Stinkmeaner’s dominance still takes the cake currently. Hopefully, this wasn’t the last of him…he was pretty confident that he would return.
**A-Class **
Brenda
Luna
I list Luna under Brenda, mainly because Brenda’s simple, but effective gameplan doesn’t seem to waver, while Luna does have moments of emotional remorse. This fault keeps her from actually being able to tie with Brenda, despite having almost an equal skill level in terms of fighting. We didn’t know Brenda’s fighting style or backstory really but her style was murderous and effective. Luna was effective but also she was fighting a character of lower tier class, and her skill level and experience were much higher than Huey, so in a way that was a sure win. Although above the B-Class, Luna dies to Brenda, hands down.
B-Class
Uncle Rukus/Reverend Father Uncle Rukus
I think both share the same tier, mainly since even though they have a different skill set the potential for victory is rather similar. Uncle Rukus, being trained in the art of the Nunchaku, while Reverend Father Uncle Rukus can potentially beat the “hell” out of someone would put them notably high on the tier list. Although comraderie was shared with Stinkmeaner, if Stinkmeaner had reason to hate Reverend Father Uncle Rukus (which he would for principle sake), it would be free money for Stinkmeaner.
C-Class
Robert Freeman
Huey
Butch Magnus
Riley
These should be pretty self explanatory in the sense that although, Robert Freeman, The A-Vega of the C-Class is prominent with the belt, his abilities don’t exceed the paranormal or just downright craziness of the above tiers. Huey is a close second behind Robert having a decent balance of intelligence/adapation skills and “formal” training while Riley is a diamond in the rough. Alot of heart, just needs to up the skill ante. Some may not agree but, I feel that Huey could beat Butch. It wouldn’t be a rape, but I think Huey has the tools to figure out the weak points. Think a high level A-Rolento vs a casual player C-Zangief in CVS2.

thugnificant should be higher than grandpa…i’d say mid tier at best til he’s proven he can serve a beatdown. he’s already stated he doesnt fight without his crew…so unless they start making tag matches for a fighter he’s gonna be mid at best.
but honestly i cant see him getting past black simon belmont.

I didn’t include thugnificent, but I guess since he stomps people he should be in there. Ruckus has only fought Huey, and well he didnt land any clean hits on him from the first fight of the second season but I figured he was better in some way than Huey, but I dont think Ruckus could beat Stinkmeaner, that’s just me.

Another thing to remember about Brenda is, that story was pretty much hearsay… the tier/class list is fine as is, but I don’t think Brenda’s worthy of S-class until her skills are proven in person, instead of through Grandad’s third-hand account.
That’s the thing, he should have went commando-thug style on Butch with the BB gun abd robbed that bitch of his chain.
That was a younger Riley. He’s starting to grow up. And Thugnificent should be off the list since he’s never been in actual combat. And Ruckus is mid tier at best. He was beating the hell out of Tom-Stink while he was tied down with assistance. Huey should be mid tier though.
Crazy Kung Fu Wolf Bitch is highest tier - Master an actual Deadly kung fu art and not just self taught, Won a kumite, ripped a man’s heart out. White Lotus fist >>>fighting some no name demon fodder.
Stinkmeaner is right under her but no way above, people are just impressed since it was in hell but those demons didnt have powers or anything seemed to be generic lackeys which always loses to inferior numbers.
Bushido brown is right under them in the next Tier- seemed to have supernatural strength and pretty good reflexes. Oprah’s body guard has to be tough. Strong enough to break concrete is no small feat.
Everyone else cant really tell.
I say Stinkmeaner is too high in tiers…while alive, Stinkmeaner was a blind, reckless, heartless old man who was ultimately killed by Robert Freeman. Hell, Huey would’ve whooped his ass, but he chose not to because Stinkmeaner is old.
Stinkmeaner did get a powerup in hell because he’s no longer blind, nor does he feel the effect of old age…and been whoopin demons asses and calling the devil a “bitch ass nigga”.
Still…if Stinkmeaner was to return to earth, his power ranking would be varied on which living body he posseses. Whichever the case…he can still be defeated by moments of peace.

Personality has a lot to do with it, KFWB on the other hand was flawed due to her naivety, Stinkmeaner can just talk some shit and she’ll be caught off guard. Stinkmeaner is the type of dude who whipslap his broken arm as offense out of spite and stab you with his protruding rib; no fear, no restraint, no mercy.
IMO it’s not that those demons were not weak, it’s just that Stinkmeaner was too good, remember this is hell we’re talking about. If you get the respect of the king of darkness himself after you insulted him, I think that should give you an idea how badass Stinkmeaner is.
If you look you’ll notice that all her boyfriends were abusive assholes who bitchslapped her ass on the regular, now imagine if she met the Grandaddy of all Assholes?!
