Well, yeah. Sometimes I feel like episodes run short, or abruptly end but thats to be expected with a show like this. They balanced out the budget and well the ebb and flow of the series really works, I’m sure the later episodes will be more intense. The recent episode was more comedic then action packed, which is still entertaining. It takes alot for me to watch any TV show, although I mainly watch BD on adultswim, but I watch them every week.
Anyone else think Huey would have wiped the floor with Butch? :karate:
Tier’s wise Butch is like K-Blanka, while Riley is like S-Dan lol. Huey would be like C-Ken or A-Rolento…so yeah, Huey would’ve raped.
Huey (outside of Cairo), doesn’t have too many issues with kids…it’s the adults that own him. Riley will always be low tier unless he adopts the Robert Freeman tactic, having a weapon to compensate for lack of tools.
its not that riley is bad. Its just that being a kid he lacks power behind his hits. They need a future boondocks episode where he has his own crime syndicate owning people and I guess Huey will be some black liberator taking down the man’s institutions left and right.
I think Riley had a lot of heart that ep, after the first series of hits from Butch the average kid no the average person would be KTFO.
Riley is also younger than Huey and Butch.

Riley is on the come up, although he doesn’t pack the strength to win alot of fights he does have heart. Riley might be better with guns moreso or something with range. Well, the fact he didn’t give up after being pummeled does show when he does get better he’ll be hard to beat.

I hope Jill Talley isn’t doing her voice. Not only does she voices Sarah, but she does shitload of background and minor female characters on the show as well. Kind of like Cedric Yarbrough, but in reverse.

Riley has Stamina and for being small can take hits very well. personally Riley is kinda like Cable…a threat with meter (read Ammo) and a big gun to use it with…take away his guns…and he can try to rushdown…but don’t expect the hits to be doing much damage.
i want bushido to come back.
