In a nutshell, the last season of The Wire was short and rushed. It was entertaining but it seemed like the creators of the show were in a “fuck it” mode. I’m liking what I see so far from this season so I hope they took their time when they were coming up with the final season of Boondocks.
Which is why I hope what we are expecting to see will be the shit! :lol:

Holy shit. Just watched the newest episode and man…the Rocky Horror Picture Show parody was creepy as hell.
Though the creators, I feel, did fumble a bit with the last season, it wasn’t ALL their fault. At least 10% of the blame can be attributed to HBO only giving them 10 episodes to finish the FINAL SEASON OF THE WIRE. Which has at least 12 episodes typically.
I doubt this is really the last season of the Boondocks though (unless it does terrible in the ratings).
