I guarantee the opposite. Almost every “hood nigga” I know refuses to watch tv unless they have something on for the kids that they aren’t even paying attention to. I may be the nerdiest nigga I know surrounded by a bunch of niggas and I’ve never seen any of them watch any sitcoms/cartoons/chick flicks or anthing that didn’t involve seseless killing that I wasn’t interested in. In fact they mostly watch low budget black movies with bad acting bad script and bad plot which we got from the people selling dvd’s at the gas station.
