Well, in my case, I play bomberman ultra with normal settings just like bomberman international.
Only the original powers ups including glove, punch, spike bomb and original power downs including the originals as well as settings behind the same like Super bomberman 5.
And my PS3 freezes every once in a while? Maybe every half hour? But there are times where it just freezes completely for no dam reason.
I heard about a PS3 doing that, come to find out, the guy had big fat Vans stickers blocking the exhaust vents.
hmmm i downloaded the demo 3 days ago, this is a classic, it’s fine if you love bomberman games!.
i’ll erase the demo one of these days.
Again, in case you forgot Bomberman Live was also patched after it came out. Yes, Backbone does make patches.
Ok, after playing this game a lot more, I have come to the decision that this game does not suck as much as my first impression, but it does have some major issues.
The game freezing and the game desyncing are the major ones. But things like not being able to adjust the settings after a lobby has been created or the whole deal with having 4 people with the same name. How hard would it be to have (1) and so on.
Also having the dangerous bomb as a power up is broken as hell.
So here’s the thing about patches: they’re expensive and usually not worth doing for PSN/XBLA games. One major exception, of course, is if you release a game that gets so many complaints from consumers that first party insists that you patch it. Since this is a Backbone game, I’m thinking that’s what happened.
