Blue-ism Fei Long

Hey everyone, post some strats you think that’ll work for Blue-Ism Fei-Long in HSFA.

I know that probably the best way to play him is as a punish-type of character, well that’s my opinion.

Here’s some combos that I use when I use him:

cl.Fierce, two rekkas, supercancel into punching super

(after whiffed move): two rekkas supercancel

cr. jabx2 super

parry into any of the above combos

other strategies:

cr. short into kick throw leaves you with an advantage

parry anything predictable

and most importantly, punish any mistake with the 2 rekka supercancel.

Blue-Fei is VERY basic, i play him when i need a break from the more complicated stuff :tup:

All you need is:

  • c.fierce
  • aa rdp K
    ^ with those you try to get them into the corner, then …
  • … throw mixup, kick throw, follow up (you can do stuff like (corner) throw, c.LP/near s.LK xx rdp HK, hard to escape)
  • sample mixup: spaced Rekka x1, if they do something = parry, c.jab x2 xx qcf HP x2 xx super
  • he has an acceptable crossup with j.MK (combo into c.jab x2, c.LK xx super), but i wouldn’t jump much with him
