Logarius is a real fucker.
Yeah, considering the dlc has AT LEAST 7 new weapons they better add a way to either buy or farm rocks. Or at least give us like 3 more pickups
Logarius is indeed a real bitch. But yeahā¦I only got the one from the game. Never even bothered with the dungeons though I should at some point before DLC hits.
If youāre going to pvp ever the chalice dungeons are a must you donāt want to be caught out there with out your 27% gems
but chalice dungeons are SOOOO boring!
As much as Logarius is annoying me, Cainhurst Castle is a really cool level. Really great, creepy atmosphere.
Also, āThe Bloody Crow of Cainhurstā is the coolest name ever.
I liked them because they were perfect for short play sessions a layer takes what like 15 minutes and thatās including the boss half the time, when Iāve got a few minutes before work they were easy to grind through not too much though to put into them or anything. Honestly i wish the games that came before had a similar setup where theres just a gaggle of content thats just there to let you beat on things using souls mechanics without having to give so much thought into area progression.
I just hated the repetitiveness of it. maybe if i hadnāt reached a point where i felt like i needed to do them to get any further progression. but like on ng+2 or 3 and hadnāt completed them and like after an hour of playing them i just wanted to hurt myself every time lol
Finally killed Logarius, he was actually pretty easy after I took a break for a day or two. And I actually managed to kill Rom in one try. The hunter outside was actually way harder IMO.
I always use a Shamen Bone Blade on one of the frenzy bugs just outside and use.it to fuck up that stupid hunter. That chick is a real bitch lol.
The hunter enemies are easily the hardest in the game.
Sorry to spam up this thread, Iāll cool it after this but I just finished Alfredās sidequest and holy shit is that guy crazy. Cainhurst and the Vilebloods is one lore aspect Iād like to know more about. Hopefully the dlc mentions them somehow.
The story behind the Vilebloods is some of the best lore out of the game.
And the game has been finished. Wonāt spoil it but I got the ending from using the three items. Second to last boss was a dick but not too bad. Final boss didnāt even kill me once, although it was a very dramatic last few seconds because it did itās ātake you down to one HPā move and I was out of vials. Fortunately it was almost dead too.
Ebreitas or Logarius were the hardest fights, IMO.
Edit: and this is my 1000th post. Seems fitting haha.

Ebrietas is a fucking pain in the ass, def the hardest boss for me imo. Logarius isnāt so bad imo, Heās really tough at lower levels because he hits so fucking hard and has a pretty good HP pool, but actually fighting him isnāt so bad once you learn to dodge forward and to the left. You can keep on his ass pretty well if you just be aggressive and keep moving Forward + Left. It is pretty lame that a number of his moves can go through walls tho.
Spoiler
The Old Man is a pain in the ass to, hes really fucking fast, and some of his moves are tough to avoid if you donāt know what to do. I also feel like the way he moves around fucks with the camera and screws you over, and his scythe has crazy deceptive range. The Moon Presence on the other hand is fucking easy as hell, and you only shit your pants once at her HP1 attack because she just fuckin sits there letting you either wail on her, or refill your health. For the type of attack that it is, itās just not that dangerous. Sephirothās version of that type of move in KH1 is way more dangerous imo.
Sephiroth from KH is exactly what I thought about too.
I want to replay the game sometime, but I think I need a break after finishing it in just over a week. That is actually really fast for me, I finish games like this very slowly. But there are two more endings and I havenāt even looked into the Chalice Dungeons at all.
Be prepared for some WAY tougher boss fights if you do the chalice dungeons.
While being bored out of your mind actually doing the Dungeons themselves.
And also getting mad at the horse shit that is infinitely spawning red spiders.
After doing some research on builds, Iām really interested in doing a Bloodtinge build. Iāve seen some videos of Chikage and Evelyn straight up wrecking bosses and I want in.
