I would like to know if there is a way to block out players from the ranked matches. The reason I am asking is that it is extremely discouraging to meet people with extreme lag. I just met a Necalli player that was essentially teleporting around the screen, like a mix between Dark Phoenix and Dhalsim on steroids. For me the game was impossible to play, but he still managed to string together his combos as if nothing was wrong and murdered me to a perfect. Mathes like this are pointless to both players, and it would be a nice feature to be able to create a blacklist of sorts to avoid meeting lag-monsters like this.
