Widowmaker is actually pretty alright. Her venom mine could be stronger though. She has no defense against pretty much the whole rest of the cast who can close the gap without any issue.
While I agree there are matchups she’s gonna lack in.

Dhalsim to have a standing fierce? Yeah, something like that. I’ll gladly take grapple hook manuverability over grapple hook offensive however if I could choose.
Like a rappel, that you can cling to and shoot from. Gives more usability than 12 second climbing apparatus.

Reminded me of the good ol’days of Anarchy Reigns. Actually this game feels like an FPS version of Anarchy Reigns in a lot of ways. Especially with how the characters are presented.
Just lost a game with 2 bastions and 2 torjborns, turrets everywhere haha, also if anyone can play Reinhardt competently let me know, we dominated an earlier game with him having his shield up, I had a heal orb on him and another Zrny had discord orbs on Reinhardt’s charge targets shit is beautiful.
I just play her to be semi lazy and cause her voice actress is orgasmsing every time she speaks.
I’m a sucker for Hanzo over WM - I can’t snipe properly, so it’s easier to just spam arrows.
Finally hit a 4 kill with Dead Eye. Technically it was 5 but i finished off the last dude with a manual fan fire. I might post the game later
People say McCree is hard to use but I’m not seeing it. He’s very straightforward and besides Roadhog, he is probably the king of 1v1 kills with his combo.
Most of his killing potential comes from being close range by following his flashbang. People that excel at close range can tear him up such as Reaper, Roadhog, Genji, and sometimes Junkrat. But most especially Reaper. If McCree doesnt get a flawless kill on him the first shotgun blast is usually a death.
Soooooo yeah I just joined a game and lost within 20 seconds of joining the payload was pretty much already at the destination lol wtf even Blizz can’t fix being handed auto losses?
EDIT: Just now I joined another game not even 1 minute after I wrote this post and I literally was dropped into a game WHILE play of the game was being shown…WTF I literally got dropped into a completely finished game with the L…I’ve been dropped into games where there was only a few seconds left on the clock before in other games, but never have I joined a game literally after it’s finished lol wow this shit better not make it into retail release.

Yeah D.VA is definitely my favorite to play, and just in general.
Gotta love being a tank built to flank. Pop in there and oppress, then get the fuck out and heal up, then pop back in from another unexpected angle and repeat. Hell even when they blow the mech up i’ve gotten some real ass streaks running around with her despite the fact that she’s so weak outside of it that a stiff wind would probably kill her. Once you figure out how to lead the shots on that pistol or you have a stationary target you pretty much melt them in one or two clips(and the reload is fast too).
All of that and flying a nuke into the objective to get a nasty multi-kill.
Honestly though, I just love the mobility and unlimited firing with no ammo or clip/mag restraints. Feels like almost everyone’s clips are tiny, and they’re slow as fuck except for a few.
With D.VA I’ve lately been trying to save the nuke until I’m almost dead so that way I can just immediately call in a new one. With my old one about to blow up people usually dont chase me while I get to a safe spot to call it.
Any of you guys playing on console??? Tracer seems really op on console due to the low aim assist and her speed just rips controllers apart it feels. The only character in the game i feel ON CONSOLE is just flat out op.
You don’t actually get a loss to your name when you’re filling in for a game where someone dropped out. You still get XP though, even an XP bonus for joining a losing game, pretty much.
