Also it serves to hype up the fight between the king and the cc, since all of us know how powerful is kenpachi, and he being beaten offscreen to the point of being unconcious and what it seems injured badly means that he is very strong plus it keeps us in suspense about what he is capable of.
because kenpachi is that nigga, and for the past 8 years i still feel like he has never truly shined. hes so fucking random it pisses me off. this dude varies from the strongest hands down without even a shinkai in ss, to breaking even, to dominating, now to straight up pwned so much. im off topic. lol. im just so tired of this nigga now having a shikai or bankai by now and just out powering everything in existance. this manga is so atrocious. i just like the pictures. lol. all those other pussies still standing or got amped up by having a big dick head fox yell at them like hes at a limp bizkit concert, and my nigga kenpachi is getting unsanitized hands of the white man jabbed into his grill piece.

There are times when watching someone getting their shit pushed in is exciting. See: Vegeta in Dragon Ball vs just about everyone from Zarbon to Kid Buu.
This is not one of those times. Showing Kenpachi losing would have been the furthest thing from hype, it’d be demoralizing.

Kenpachi couldn’t have won, and he had to be taken out now since he would have killed all the other quincies that came with him just as quick. Maybe now he’ll finally get a power up (lol)
its a fuckin war…kubo got shit to do lol…he clearly doesnt have plans for a 4 year ending arc lol. honestly i expect this from kubo and kishimoto…now if this happened in one piece. well, shit just doesnt fly like that in one piece, oda is sooo detailed oriented.
It’s unfortunate but “Kenny” was going to lose since this is the big boss we’re talking about. Unfortunately, Old Man Yamma will most likely get killed or at least critically injured and near death so Ichigo can somehow show up and help save the day. It won’t be a “squash” though, so I assume that Big Boss Man here will indeed get roughed up a bit… then he won’t be at 100% anymore by the time Ichigo appears.
Of course it’s time to flip back next week to finally see who Urahara was looking at with the shocked expression…hopefully the reveal there isn’t as disappointing as I think it will be.
CC already “died” once, and somehow came back with a missing arm. I don’t think he will die in this arc, unless Kubo plans to bring him back armless.

I think, or should i say that i hope, that Ichigo doesn’t get released from the bubble until is too late, with many captains dying including the CC, that way we have a nice setup for a last arc 
just let SS deal with the problem. Let them get more shine. Let Ichigo struggle all day in the bubble until everyone gets their shine.
