Kenpachi no sells almost all his battles…what did you expect?
And that’s why I don’t enjoy any of his fights. He’s like he said to the fullbringer “fucking boring”.
John “no sell” Cena boring…which is no good.
All I want to see from him is his Shikai, not the usual lame shit.
Although Im enjoying Ken-man’s “I dont give a fuck” about your power bs, I really wish he fought someone else. Someone more traditional in term of fighting and not this gimmicky BS about imagination. If Ken-man reveals his shikai, that I think thats pretty much it for Ken-man’s panel time.
Looks like his sword is in the same old “released, but not released” state it’s always been in. Well, unless it’s released voluntarily and its ability allows him to cut ANYTHING, that is.
I read the chapter then like 3 pages later Kenpachi says Im Kenpachi then the chapter ended lol. I knew that stern ritter dude was gonna be like wtf when kenpachi just sliced him hahahaha
Nothing like having Kenpachi back.
I still don’t get why everyone says it’s always released. Is that because it looks different? It’s not like it’s shown anything from a ‘powers’ stand-point. I’d just wager it has that look because he stole it from someone who could of possibly had it in shikai when he killed them.

This enemy’s power is super fucking OP, but he sucks with it. His power apparently doesn’t rely on the victim imagining anything. It’s all him. That’s busted as fuck. He’s just an idiot. “Your sword is as sharp and hard as a banana.”
Now, if Ken is able to kill this dude with a sword as sharp and hard as a banana, then I don’t know what the limits will be for Ken hahahaha.
It’s the same as Ichigo’s in the sense that his massive amount of Reiatsu forces his Zanpakuto into its released state. He doesn’t gain access to the Shikai’s abilities, though… This was explained a while back.
He’s Ichigo lite.
Same reiatsu principles of Ichigo applies to him including the Shikai appearance.
Yeah but even reading that I’m not really convinced
- What does Kenpachi at that stage of the game know about his shikai?
- As long as he had the sword in his possession its been like that…
- The other flaw is comparing it to Ichigo who wasn’t actually using his real shikai
Don’t get me twisted, I’m only saying this because I’m anticipating some level of ‘reveal’. I mean do we think that Kenpachi or Ichigo were stronger than the CC? His was pretty normal when ‘sealed away’.
- :bluu:
He just has such overwhelming Reiatsu, even as a child, that its forced into its released state. He has no formal training, so he’s unable to control his Reiatsu, effectively making it impossible for him to seal the blade. Whether he knew about its Shikai is irrelevant, as he didn’t voluntarily release it anyway. Ichigo’s Shikia may not have been his real one, but his sword was released nonetheless. The CC could control his Reiatsu, just like all of the other Shinigami, which is why his Zanpakuto doesn’t initially appear abnormal in any way.
The only reveals I’m expecting are a repaired blade and what his Shikai’s abilities are. We know what it looks like, we just don’t know what it does.
Okay were actually trying to breakdown a Kenpachi sighting and fight…i’m just happy the guy is here instead of -Insert random captain# that needs panel time.
So what if he imagines that he is the Kenpachi…
Why am I even thinking about it though, just another character that nerfs his own OP ability by talking too much. This fight could still be interesting since dude doesn’t seemed phased by the slash but we’ll see.
but he never got slashed though…
his b.s. power is going leaf to this.
So what’s stopping him from imagining “All Soul Reapers are Dead” and winning the war automatically?
Kenpachi cannot remember that he was killed over and over again when fighting Unohaosureuwvj, right? Is that why he’s walking around like he’s the cock of the walk?
do we know what happened to him after that? he’s been out of the limelight since right?
he is just gonna turn kenpachi into cookies
