And Uryuu is all but confirmed dead by this chapter’s revelation.
If Uryuu tries to pull a Gin on Juha Bach, Bach will cut him in half and nuke him like he did Yamamoto and if he being mostly the retarded rebel he is most of the time, joins Bach unknowing he is his mother’s murderer, he will be killed by Ichigo, a Shinigami or even his own father.
Either way, Uryuu is fucked. With his current power level he is still a fodder to either Ichigo or Bach so officially he is just a plot device. This further confirms my theory that if there is a Quincy War Potential, it will very probably be Ryuuken.
This also confirms that Kenpachi won’t be the one defeating Bach.
It will be either:
Ichigo vs. Bach.
Isshin vs. Bach
Ryuuken vs. Bach
Isshin and Ryuuken vs. Bach
My money is on Ryuuken vs. Bach. Uryuu will be killed by Bach which will make 3 losses for Ryuuken (the two women he loved plus his son) thus forcing him to pick up the arms and fight all out.

It wouldn’t surprise me if Ishida didn’t have most of his power in the first place due to Bach taking it, so now that he’s rolling with Bach, he’d get that power ‘back’…so he’d get a ‘free’ level-up.

Anyway, One of Juha’s men did say something about him being an exceptionally powerful Quincy. You guys are talking about him jobbing but, I highly doubt someone of Juha Bach’s caliber would recruit Uryu for no reason.
