I really think that Unohana wouldn’t die, first of all, Kuba practically never kills a character and it would be quite dumb if he does it, since the idea is to strength soul society making Kenpashi stronger, not weaken it by killing Unohana.
Yeah, I think I have to agree that she won’t get killed off. If she does die, it’ll be during the Quincy battle.
The only thing that makes me question whether she’ll get killed is the idea of being a Kenpachi. In order to be one, the previous holder of the title has to die. But I guess technically, she isn’t a Kenpachi anymore, is she? She gave up her title when she became Retsu.
I think that in this particular case it would be metaphoric, plus is not like Unohana want her Kenpachi title back (i assume)

A sword can have two forms of Shikai. That pretty boy in the eleventh division (forgot his name) essentially had two forms. Yeah, one was the imperfect form since he deliberately called it a different name, but it’s still two forms.

Unohana’s murderface is her real face. Explains why everyone shit themselves around her and why Aizen turned tail and peaced out when she confronted him. Her Captain Mom persona was just a facade.

I also like that Kubo give an explanation of why she always used her hair in that fashion, she has a wound that apparently kenpashi did on her.
I’m half expecting those two to beat the shit out of each other then fuck in the most bloody, furious way possible. They disturb as much as they intrigue me.
