Oh Probably. It’s possible she’ll be like some North American release announcement thing. I don’t really know anything about that non-Terumi one of the two new characters though. Could somebody fill me in?

Kagura Mutsuki is a colonel in the NOL. He belongs to the highest-ranked family in the Duodecim, the Mutsuki family, which was tasked with control over Ibukido, the now ruined city where Noel was born. He’s now starting an uprising against the NOL, possibly because his family is tired of ruling over a pile of rubble, possibly for his own reasons.
Ouch, PS3 only? I guess we all should worry about no Xbox 360 release of this game. 
I hope the console exclusive characters will be playable in any modes, because on the console version of “Continuum Shift I” Mu-12 and the DLC characters cannot be played on Arcade Mode and Legion Mode. It was pretty much a bummer to me.

@iminthenet2, even if it doesn’t get a JP XBox release, it’ll probably get one in NA. PS3 is the standard in Japan.
Kagura Bio: Currently the head of the powerful Mutsuki family of the Duodecim, Kagura is the Library’s highest order general. Because of his supreme position as general, he is planning to revolt against the Imperator.
Terumi Bio: Terumi has met Ragna in the past, but only as the alias and disguise Hazama. He also previously played a role in the Dark War as one of the Six Heroes. Cool, cruel, and especially sly, Terumi enjoys destroying and killing anything and everything.

The aesthetics of Kagura and Terumi are great! I never cared for the look of the other three CPers.
There are 4 new characters in CP! 4!
Anyway, I actually think Terumi is kinda stupid looking - it’s like Hazama lost the cool hat and coat and replaced them with a dopey yellow cape. The hat and coat are what makes Hazama cool looking. 
But Kagura has an interesting design (except for his ridiculous spatula-sword); Reminds me of Hiko Seijuro.
I wonder how Terumi’s playstyle will differ from Hazama. Will he have normal movement?

I like the looks of those two. I hope they add the following as future characters as well
1.Kokonoe (fight in a mecha simular to Tronne or Cathrine)
2.A Character who fights with hair (female)
3.A Character who fights with an axe (male)
Kokonoe uses magic. Whilst I don’t fully believe we will ever be able to play as Koko, Mori has a character with unlimited potential. He could literally make her Drive anything he wanted.
Having a serious trap character / Liz from P4A would be ace.

The thing is Mori KNOWS a lot of people want Kokonoe playable and I would be shocked if he wasn’t intentionally trolling us (literally by announcing Terumi before her, since Terumi/Hazama is a troll in a lot of forms of the word) with her not being included yet, since there’s been interviews where he’s talked about how popular she is and how he “should probably add her since ‘that is what people want, right?’”. I kinda expect her either as the first DLC character (which would suck given that there’s ACTUALLY a Sector 7 branch of the main story) or that she’ll be announced for the North American release or as the last new character announced before the console release date.

Although it’s certainly unknown, I would assume Terumi (original form) and Kokonoe to be about equally powerful. Kokonoe never engages in battle, so I don’t think she’s able to reach anywhere near Nine’s potential.
Arakune, Carl, Mu, and Lambda are all kind of on the same axis as Liz, except better. I guess I understand what you mean though.
Also while checking on Kokonoe lore, I found out that today (April 18th) is her birthday! Happy birthday, Kokonoe!
