Arcade games don’t do major updates (with console ports) every 6 months. The only game that did it is a console exclusive game. So what does that have to do with the arcades again?
They don’t? The whole Nesica X Live thing is what allows projects to thrive without huge risks. It enables the developers to make new versions of older games which they otherwise would not be able to pull off. Do you even check the facts before you comment?

Well after all my arc system rage i had a blast last night and did not want put down the fightstick playing platinum in ranked matchs,Fuck it ill buy the next iteration and the one after that 5 months later and then the dlc for that one and then 2 months later they will release the whole thing with dlc for 40$, ill nabb that cuz it will have the update patch in it and then another one and then they will announce the grand finale game and the secret will be only the tards that have save data from all of the updates unlocks kokonoe and jubie and torakaka
To be completely honest, with Nesica around, and no doubt better systems in the future if it works, I’d prefer console gaming to die off than arcades.

If you paid attention to the follow up it was more in line with the titles that followed it then the bandwagon effect of people playing it.
