@OP youāve been directed to much better places than SRK. Iāve sincerely tried to make an effort on the SRK boards in the BB section. Trust me, just go to dustloop. Not only is most of the shit posted in our BB section from that forum - thereās a lot of just plain bad/wrong information floating around in the BB section of SRK.
As to your Main question: Arakuneās Strength in CT comes from the ease he can curse someone. Despite what people want to believe, Arakune takes a while to get used to. You have to realize that your entire game focuses around cursing your opponent then destroying them with Bees. Thereās more to it than just spamming clouds.
You have to understand who you are fighting against, what cloud was just summoned (itās random) and the appropriate plan of acction according to these two things. For example, Hakumen is a character that has no run. He has a very unsafe hop that doesnāt travel too far. If you spawn the cloud that hovers above his head, you have him in a perfect spot to summon a bell bug in front of him.
Then use J.D to keep him pinned from a safe distance. He can cut your clouds though, and this is where matchup experience and spacing come into play. You need to know what distances you can be to get a free punish if he attempts to cut swords. And why you shouldnāt stand right behind your bellbug if Hakumen can jump at you (He can cut the bug and hit you for free.)
So while your profit chart is the fundamental gameplan of the character, youāre going to need to work a little bit harder than that to win (though once you figure arakune out, heās a broken piece of shit, LOL!)

Answer = YES. Spam curse clouds and bell bug (6D) because its bound to hit them at SOME point. Also, bell bug drops literally over Arakuneās head so it makes it impossible to land on top of him, meanwhile the cloud floating on screen will certainly at some point catch then, and as you know you get cursed even if you block the cloud.

Try to keep them cursed and re-curse them and pretty much be an asshole. Bug loops, bug traps. Go nuts. Otherwise you should be running away like Storm vs Sent with 10 seconds left on the clock. Until you get them cursed of course. lol.
