Blanka vs jumpkick-sweep whoring

Hello all; I’m just starting to play SSFIV seriously, and I was looking for some feedback.
What do you think is the best way for Blanka to punish Ken when he’s whoring jumpkick sweep?

FADC.Backdash, HK+HP -> Ragequit. The last bit is a 1frame link so you have to be quick.
