well, while boxers unblockable is more difficult, and we lost the unblockable on the old man (forgot his name), unblockable is super duper easier on rufus now, and pretty much the same for everyone else.

I think we need to find an unblockable after a forward throw or a sweep, especially against Cammy or Seth.
What are you even supposed to do about cammys that just hold forward? I try to stay solid and block and I eat the random cannon strike that looks like it crosses up but doesn’t and it’s me block a flurry of shit and eating cs randomly. I’m so rustyyyyy I was getting bodied by flocker yesterday :[
Try to whiff punish buttons. All you can really do.
Best AA are forward/backward jumps HP/HK/MP against her, normal upball if you react early to her normal dive, EX Upball on instant EX dive but EX’s is so precious against her when you’re knocked down… focus level 2/back dash is good too.
Classics ground AA seems to work against her normal dive, but are not effective against the fucking EX version… Even neutral jumps are not good, she can dp you after you makes her dive whiff…
Even lp elec sucks to AA her…
Overall, her dive’s pressure is completely retarded and broken so… good luck.

But was Mike OH using EX ball instead of regular ball to be safe against U1?

Since you didn’t watch the video, Mike OH was using EX ball on combos, A LOT, like almost every time.

I tought he was using to score a KD that won’t be possible with HP ball or something like that, since EX Ball seems faster than any regular ball.
Anyway, I’ve never heard of Mike OH before, but I think Gooteck’s Rose is legit. He lacks in setup and mostly in matchup knowledge, tough.

Unfortunately I don’t usually watch them for lack of time, not to mention time-zone differences.
Because of that I rarely get to see you and other great players in action, only in a few replays posted on youtube, wich is way easier to watch at any time.
I was using ex ball just to keep it safe i’ll burn the meter on the combo… I was really surprised he was using u2, and that he kept going for setups that weren’t safe on Blanka at all, but he was actually really solid, imo. We’ll end up running it back soon
Oh and I had a few really stupid execution errors like one round he had me with pixel health and u2 activated, I ex hori ball on wake up that was just a desperation u1 error and I think I burned meter accidentally on ex elec… sloppy stuff there.
If you see you dropped your combo or it’s on block, finish with a lp ball and keep your meter, it’s a bad waste and if you see you hit the guy, finish with hp ball.

Yeah I wasn’t really missing any of them, I think I missed the link maybe once or twice the entire set… I usually don’t use my meter but I was getting a lot of really far hit confirms
Aside from the EX Hori balls I tought you were doing really good, especially in the first fights. Gootecks even complimented you for not “pushing buttons” during blockstrings or panicking.
I just think you could use U1 a few times, just to keep him honest. You never use it raw or tried a link from cr.LK or cr.MP.
