^^ it’s obvious that jr doesnt know the matchup. you have to pay attention to akuma’s ultra meter. Once he has this in stock, you cannot use any balls on him even on hit. also, i’d highly recommend using ultra 2 on akuma because it limits a lot of what he can do: FBs, vortex, jump ins.

Ye,I heard from a lot of ppl that ultra 2 is much better.
Ultra 1 seems also to be useless vs Akuma because he can always teleport himself out of it.
He can only teleport out of it if you don’t combo into it.

22 minutes in I did a $10 money match with Flash Metriod versus his Makoto. I mostly just wanted to get some tips and experience the rape first hand. It felt nice.
What I learned is that Blocking is even scarier than block stings, don’t mash throw - time that bitch out, and never ever give up EVER.
Sweeeeeeeet rushdown Benski there were about 15 different tricks worth putting into my Blanka’s Bag o’ Shenanigans. It’s nice to see a good rushdown Blanka since I’m more of a defensive player by nature.
