I keep getting nailed with this. how can I AA this? I started trying to focus backdash it but then I’m out of position to punish and he can just start all over.

dp like almost never works against it. I can’t understand why either, but when I dp, I just get kicked anyway.
You do it too early , rj hk works very well against his jump and focus backdash is not a good option with Adon , he doesn’t have Rose or Chun backdash.
Try in training to get the timing.
