Where do you guys get your blank cases? I’ve tried focus attack and lizard lick, and they either don’t have any ore are out of stock.
Do you guys make them yourselves, or is there a different online store?
you can get a blank case from lizardlick for $50+. they’re usually sold out though. i built my own case. its a lot cheaper for me that way. u could always buy a hori fs3, or se fightstick, etc. and strip its guts. that would cost about the same as a blank case.
What I sometimes do is look for good console joysticks that are labeled Broken, AS-IS or Junk on eBay, strip out all the parts any ways and put your own buttons, stick and PCB in there.
Example:
There is (currently on eBay) a fairly decent Sega Saturn Virtua Stick, the stick works Although a little discolored with age for around $12.99 not including shipping (another $56). Some Vinyl Dye will take care of the discoloration.
I not providing a link because this is an example, and the shipping cost stinks and I sure you find something that would fit your need and budget much better. And honestly I considering getting it my self.

Try salvation army stores. I picked up 2 busted pelican sticks for 20.
There are many custom builders here on SRK. I recommend Butteroj. I am in the process of getting a full custom stick made with him and he is very knowledgeable and does fine work!
Look around in the trading forum, you’ll see many custom builder threads!
